Barry Fetzer and his wife Arlene Wolak Fetzer, a Havelock Native, are parents of three and grandparents of six.  He’s a  retired US Marine Corps LtCol, CH-46 helicopter and UC-12 transport pilot, former commanding officer, and  is certified as a DoD program management professional.  He holds a Master’s Degree in leadership and management and is an eight-time winner of NC Press Association awards for writing.
